This is a hands-on role, focused on email and SMS marketing, driving repeat purchases, and supporting key trading moments. You'll work closely with the growth, creative, and merchandising teams to execute campaigns, optimise automated flows, and ensure lifecycle marketing drives measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of all email and SMS campaigns
- Build and refine lifecycle journeys and automated flows to increase repeat purchase and engagement
- Identify key customer segments and deliver targeted campaigns
