We are looking for a Project Manager to join a high-growth D2C brand, specialising across technology, operations, and ecommerce. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining governance routines, and supporting change implementation across the business. You will also provide leadership to a small team supporting transformation activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the delivery of projects across technology, operations and ecommerce
- Developing and maintaining project documentation including SOPs, process flows, project plans, timelines and milestones
- Tracking project progress, risks and dependencies and escalating where required
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Supporting communication across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintaining governance routines including status reporting and project updates
- Supporting testing, rollout and implementation activities
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a project management, PMO or delivery support role
- Strong experience within the Retail/ecommerce market
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
