It has an international, diverse, and collaborative team with offices in major German cities.
The Role
- Lead the European sales strategy and execution for enterprise SaaS solutions in the sustainability and climate tech space.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple countries.
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe, focusing on the DACH region.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, managing the full sales cycle.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, pipeline, and revenue metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align offerings with market needs.
The Requirements
- Proven senior sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cleantech, energy, sustainability, or ESG.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue across Europe.
- Experience managing and developing cross-border teams in high-growth environments.
- Native-level German with professional proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, value-based selling, and complex deal structuring.
- Familiarity with climate tech, carbon management, ESG reporting, or sustainability platforms is highly advantageous.
- Highly organized, strategic thinker, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Munich, Berlin, and client locations.
