What you'll be doing:
- Owning the operational delivery of daily broadcast campaigns
- Managing segment selection and stakeholder sign‑off
- Creating a time‑tracking and capacity framework for CRM builds
- Driving efficiency and consistency in Ometria builds
- Supporting and coaching three CRM builders, helping evolve build approaches
