A leading UK Consumer Business is hiring a Customer Analytics Manager to join their Customer & Data team. You'll deliver analysis and insights that shape strategy, improve customer experience, and drive revenue across the business.

What you'll do:

  • Lead analysis across customer understanding, Loyalty, and marketing performance
  • Manage the team's backlog and priorities
  • Run complex analysis, and turn findings into clear recommendations
  • Coach and develop a team of analysts
  • Translate messy business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Make sure analysis drives action, not just outputs
  • Work with Tech, Data Science and wider teams on shared frameworks and governance
  • Support growth across Digital, Marketplace, Services and Retail Media

What you should have:

  • Strong analytical background, complex SQL plus Python
  • Experience leading analytical teams
  • Loyalty and customer analytics experience
  • Solid grasp of stats (hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, p-values)
