SALARY 35K PER YEAR + performance bonus with the potential to be raised after the first year.
We seek a skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to join our team who can work independently and in a team. As a Senior Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. The ability to create high-quality, viral content for social media and grow our audience is KEY for this role. You will work with the head of marketing to create engaging content, optimise website performance, and analyse campaign data.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and proofing copy for various marketing platforms and materials, including websites, social media, and emails.
- Producing comprehensive post-campaign reports with recommendations for future improvements.
- Assisting with designing, producing and distributing all promotional materials relating to the portfolio.
- Managing day-to-day digital marketing operations across all paid advertising channels, including but not limited to Twitch, LinkedIn, Twitter and Meta platforms, and reporting on these channels.
- Manage daily social media with content creation to ensure paid and organic growth across our key platforms, Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan photo shoots, PR launches, influencers and advertising campaigns to maximise our company's exposure.
- Closely collaborate with external marketing agencies and outsource specialists and monitor their performance.
- Be able to create a comprehensive marketing campaign using various marketing channels.
Experience:
- University degree (preferably in marketing or related studies).
- Minimum five years of proven marketing experience in the UK.
- High level of creativity and ability to constantly propose new ideas.
- Desirable working experience in a hospitality leisure, esports gaming or similar environment.
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workload seamlessly.
- Show keen attention to detail and desire to learn new skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in video games and consumer marketing.
- Adept with numbers, including budget management, calculating ROI, setting KPI, etc.
- Knowledge of best practices across email marketing, social media, paid media, and websites.
