We run one of London's most exciting gaming bars. Late nights, competitive tournaments, themed events, a crowd that genuinely loves being here. We're growing. And we need someone who can fill the venue — not just fill a content calendar.

The role

You'll own the entire marketing function. Strategy, paid ads, partnerships, brand — all yours. An SMM and Sales Manager report directly to you. This is a leadership role with real ownership and real accountability.

Your #1 job: bring in new guests. Everything else supports that.

What you'll own

  • Customer acquisition — paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), influencer collabs, local partnerships, whatever works
  • A small team — SMM + Sales Manager report to you
  • Campaign strategy — events, themed nights, slow periods, all planned and executed properly
  • The numbers — bookings, footfall, ROAS, CAC. You read data and act on it
  • Brand partnerships — deals that bring new audiences, not just impressions

You're probably a fit if:

  • 3–5 years in marketing, ideally hospitality, nightlife or entertainment
  • You've run paid campaigns and can actually read a dashboard
  • You've managed or briefed creative teams
  • You think in revenue, not just reach
  • You know how London moves

What you get

  • £35,000–£40,000 base
  • Quarterly bonus tied to footfall and bookings KPIs
  • Social growth bonus + viral campaign bonus
  • Free meals during shifts, staff discounts, venue access
