Designed as a modern entertainment space, XP Tavern hosts weekly themed events, tournaments, private bookings and cosy cinema-style experiences. Our mission is to create one of London’s most exciting social gaming destinations — where people come for the games, stay for the vibe, and return for the community.

Role Purpose

To lead the social presence, energy and event culture of XP Tavern.

You will run weekly themed events, create daily TikTok/Reels content, engage with guests online, and help grow XP Tavern into one of the city’s most talked-about entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Events & Guest Engagement

• Plan and run weekly themed events

• Build RSVP lists and actively bring guests to events

• Host events with confidence, charisma and energy

• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests

• Collaborate with influencers and micro-creators

2. Social Media (TikTok + Instagram)

• Create 1–2 TikTok/Reels per day

• Capture “live” content on your phone: reactions, atmosphere, gameplay moments, cocktails, food

• Post daily Instagram Stories and manage highlights

• Follow TikTok trends and create content designed for growth and engagement

• Write captions, hashtags, and schedule posts

3. Online Communication

• Respond to all DMs (Instagram & TikTok)

• Engage with comments and community messages

• Reply to Google Reviews and help increase rating

• Assist with corporate event enquiries (commission applicable)

4. Brand Growth

• Build FOMO around XP Tavern events and nightlife

• Grow TikTok & Instagram accounts consistently

• Help shape the “voice” and personality of the brand

• Work closely with our videographer to plan high-quality shoots

• Contribute ideas for viral videos and campaigns

Requirements

• Experience 2-3 years in social media, events and hospitality
• Strong TikTok/Reels creation skills
• Ability to film and edit short-form content (CapCut)
• Charismatic, social and energetic personality
• Confident being on camera, hosting videos and filming themselves regularly
• Comfortable working evenings during events

Compensation

• Base salary: £35,000/year
