The predicted salary is between 26400 - 27120 £ per year.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in our purpose-built, specialist service providing mental health treatment to D/deaf men and those with complex communication needs, treated under the provision of The Mental Health Act 1983 (Amended 2007).

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)

Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
  • PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
  • Indate and Clean DBS

Key Responsibilities:
