We are seeking compassionate and reliable Mental Health Nurses to join our team at our site that is a purpose built 101 bed hospital in the Southwest for men and women with a mental health illness. On the same site there is a separate 13 bed service for people who have a learning disability, who may present with mental illness, Personality Disorder (PD) or who are autistic.
Pay Rate: £24.00 - £26.45 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
- PMVA Certificate required
- Indate and Clean DBS
- Valid and Clean NMC Pin
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity
- Assist healthcare professionals in implementing care plans and therapeutic activities
- Encourage patient independence and engagement in rehabilitation tasks
