Position: Support Worker (Days and Nights)

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team that offers high quality, therapeutic rehabilitation pathways and nursing care to people aged over 18, who have an acquired or traumatic brain injury or other neurological condition.

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)

Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
  • PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
  • Indate and Clean DBS
