Position: Support Worker (Days and Nights)
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Level 2 mental health inpatient rehabilitation service that provides care and treatment for men who have an identified mental health rehabilitation need. This includes people who may also have a learning disability, who have a diagnosis of autism or a Personality Disorder (PD).
Details:
- Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
- Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
- PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
- Indate and Clean DBS
