Overview: We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Senior Care Assistants (SCA's) to join our agency team, supporting residential and dementia care homes across the Nottingham and Chesterfield areas. This role is primarily focused on night shifts and requires individuals who can demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and hands-on care experience.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or higher)
- Minimum of 6 months' proven experience working as a Senior Care Assistant within a residential and dementia care home setting
- Ability to work between 33β44 hours per week
- Strong leadership skills and confidence in supervising a team
