We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team at our Level 2 service which provides specialised care for women who have complex needs arising from serious and enduring mental health problems and who need care, treatment and rehabilitation in a safe and caring setting as they work towards their recovery. Patients may have complex mental and physical health needs.

- Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
- Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements
- Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
- PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
- Indate and Clean DBS
