Position: Support Worker (Days and Nights)
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team at our site, which is a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 8 up to 18 years. Each treatment programme is tailored to the needs of the young person.
Pay & Shifts
- Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
- Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements
- Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
- PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
- Indate and Clean DBS
Key Responsibilities
- Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity
