Position: Support Worker (Days and Nights)
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team at our site that is a Level 2 rehabilitation inpatient service with 18 beds for women with mental health problems and co-morbid diagnoses such as Personality Disorder (PD), a mild learning disability or co-existing physical health conditions.
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
- PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
- Indate and Clean DBS
