We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in a modern, low secure hospital providing specialist support for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs.
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
- PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
- Indate and Clean DBS
