We are seeking up to 4 LGV Class 1 Bulk Tipper Drivers to deliver a variety of products including aggregate & grain to a variety of sites throughout the UK based from Sudbury, Suffolk. As an LGV Class 1 Bulk Driver, you will be required to take nights out during the week. You must have an MPQC Card and ideally experience of delivering to quarry sites.
Duties:
- Operate LGV Class 1 Bulkers in accordance with road safety regulations
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before and after trips
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules
- Work in a safe and legal way at all times
Experience:
- Proven experience in LGV Class 1 Bulkers
- Experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with route planning and cargo handling
- Valid LGV Class 1 licence suitable including MPQC Card
- Knowledge of road regulations, safety standards, and best practices
