We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team at our site that provides a safe and supportive environment for men requiring low and medium secure mental health services. Our dedicated Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) places least restrictive practice at the heart of every personalised care plan, ensuring a path to recovery that is unique to each individual.
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
- PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training
- Indate and Clean DBS
