We’re a fast-growing FMCG drinks brand on a mission to redefine functional beverages. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our sourcing and supply chain operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we have the right materials, at the right time, at the right cost - helping keep production running smoothly as we scale. This is a hands-on role with exposure across suppliers, logistics and production planning.
Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners on deliveries to our co-packers and 3PLs
- Ensure accurate documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
Inventory and Planning Support
- Support demand planning and forecasting processes
- Coordinate with supply chain team to align supply into the various 3PLs
- Assist in cost analysis and reporting of stock valuation
- Complete monthly stock reconciliations with our suppliers and co-packers
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Assist in sourcing raw materials, packaging and indirect goods
- Support supplier performance tracking (SLAs)
- Maintain production planning and assemblies of stock on our systems
Project Management
- Use tools like Asana and Gantt charts to manage project timelines and priorities
- Organised, solution-oriented and proactive, must be able to communicate deadlines and project manage
Experienced in logistics, procurement and/or supply chain coordination. Proficient in Excel, confident in analysing and managing data. 1–3 years experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations (FMCG preferred). Experience working in food or drinks business and understanding of batch traceability. Experience working with European supply chain environments a bonus.
