We are hiring a Modern Workplace Engineer to support a large-scale Windows 11 laptop and VDI rollout programme within an enterprise environment. This role sits between advanced deskside support and endpoint engineering, with a strong focus on device deployment, configuration, packaging, and troubleshooting across modern Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows 11 Rollout
- Good working knowledge of:
- Active Directory (AD)
- Group Policy (GPO)
- AppLocker policies
- Exposure to virtual desktop environments (Citrix or similar)
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale rollout or transformation programmes
- Familiarity with image engineering / endpoint configuration management
