We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge IT solutions across internal and external projects. The role involves providing strategic technical leadership, producing high-quality design documentation, and driving the adoption of best practices across end-user collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality High-Level Design (HLD) documentation, outlining technical solutions, architecture direction, and recommendations for resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Analyse and evaluate existing design documents, identify market options, and present recommendations to the Architecture team.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering, delivery, and testing teams during all phases of solution implementation.
  • Support Enterprise Architects in developing infrastructure roadmaps, aligning current and future-state technical portfolios.
  • Act as a bridge between Architecture and Engineering, guiding technical standards, platforms, quality, and best practices.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in end-user collaboration solutions (email, voice/video conferencing, file sharing, and data protection).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, PurView).
  • Collaboration tools (Google Workspace, WebEx, Mimecast, Proofpoint).
  • Migration/transition expertise between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments (e.g., mail, files, calendars, and collaboration tools).
  • Data categorization and protection techniques.
  • Secure solution delivery across diverse end-user technologies.
  • Broad understanding and design capabilities across multiple infrastructure domains: networks, compute, storage, database, backups, virtualization, cloud, data centres, and EUC.
  • Proven track record in designing, documenting, integrating, and managing complex infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant Architecture certifications (TOGAF, CITA, RHCA) or technical accreditations (Microsoft 365, VMware, Cisco) are highly desirable.
