The Copilot Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering Microsoft Copilot-enabled solutions. This role bridges business requirements with technical implementation, ensuring secure, scalable, and value-driven Copilot deployments across Microsoft 365.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, providing technical leadership, and ensuring designs meet our architectural principles and security and data standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 based on technical and business requirements.
  • Author High Level Solution Designs, Solutions Overviews and Conceptual Architectures.
  • Development of guardrails and policies around Copilot integration with applications and services.
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and deployment best practices.
  • Support rollout, issue resolution, and transition to steady-state operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience developing and delivering solutions.
  • Ability to communicate solutions to other stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of Risk management.
  • Work closely with other architecture disciplines including Enterprise, Infrastructure and Security, as well Engineering, Operations, and Digital Workplace.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage diversity.
  • Share knowledge with the team and contribute to the organization's learning culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
