I’m Nik, an award-winning, high-volume property photographer based in South Wales (xondros.com). I handle 80–100 shoots per month with outstanding feedback from estate agents and vendors. My professional, high-quality work delivers stunning visuals that help properties sell faster while driving more business directly to the agents. I’m looking to expand my clients with independent estate agents across South Wales (Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend and the surrounding areas) and to build stronger, long-term relationships.
What you’ll do (focus on local outreach):
- Target independent estate agents (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person visits/coffees at offices, local networking events).
- Pitch my services using my strong portfolio, testimonials, flyers, and clear pricing/packages.
- Close bookings for photography (standard shoots £200+, premium with drone/video/virtual tours £300–£500+).
- Hand over confirmed jobs to me — I deliver everything (shooting, editing, 24–48hr turnaround).
- Build repeat relationships for ongoing business.
What you get:
- Pure commission-only — 20% of gross revenue from clients you bring in (paid promptly after I invoice and get paid).
