We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Engineering Advisor / Manufacturing / DFM Engineer to support product development and production processes. In this role, you will act as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that designs are optimized for manufacturing and successfully launched into production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis
  • Analyze 2D drawings and 3D models to ensure compliance with technical requirements
  • Coordinate product development and production launch processes
  • Act as a liaison between customers and supplier companies
  • Implement engineering changes in production systems (change management)
  • Conduct and report production risk analyses, including action plans
  • Ensure timely completion of key production stages
  • Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and inspection/QA practices
  • Experience with 2D/3D CAD software
  • Ability to identify DFM issues from CAD models and technical drawings
  • Understanding of CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and/or 3D printing (preferred)
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing)
