Purpose of the Role
The SharePoint Business Analyst will be responsible for SharePoint Online and related technologies within the collaboration and productivity space. They should have experience with the SharePoint Admin Centre, good knowledge of best practices, and understanding of ‘what tool when’ to optimize the Microsoft 365 productivity stack. Ideally, candidates will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with SharePoint Online.
Key Accountabilities
- Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Forms, Stream, Loop, Planner, Whiteboard
- Driving adoption, providing training, and sharing knowledge
- Managing Lists, Libraries, and Pages in SharePoint
- Managing SharePoint permissions
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to SharePoint
- Providing support through the ticketing system
- Basic knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Copilot Studio, Power Pages)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the wider Technology group, especially IT and Cyber Security teams
- Supporting projects with project lifecycle management, documentation, maintenance, and deployment
- Sharing best practices and adhering to governance policies for SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage
- Experience with Canvas Apps and Workflows using Power Automate
Requirements
Do you have some of the following?
- Awareness of ShareGate and migration processes
- Experience with SharePoint projects and/or Power Platform projects
- Knowledge of JSON
- Basic PowerShell skills
- PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification
