The Xodus Group in the UK is seeking a collaborative Technical Safety & Risk Team Lead to shape growth, technical quality and client impact within our TSR capability. Reporting to the Specialist Services manager, you will guide strategic direction, technical leadership and financial performance of the TSR team, while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

You will lead day‑to‑day delivery, support business development, build client relationships and champion safe, innovative practices.
