We’re looking for a recruiter who has experience in aviation recruitment. We are a fast-growing company, and the demand for new positions, in addition to replacement hires, is high and experience in large volume recruitment activities would be advantageous.   • Perform salary benchmarking exercises and lead offer negotiations;
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency in our recruitment process;
  • Collaborate on the development of Vista’s Employer Brand and messaging.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Experience recruiting technical or high-volume roles at all levels;
  • Experienced recruiter that has worked in aviation recruitment, either in-house or for a recruitment company;
