XMS Capital Partners is a global investment banking firm founded in 2006 with the objective of creating a different kind of advisory firm, a place where relationships are paramount and where advice is rendered to clients over a long period of time and across their critical strategic and financial issues. The firm has trademarked the term “Involvement Banking” to describe its approach to client relationships. Since its founding in 2006, XMS has grown into a global, independent financial services firm with offices in Chicago, London, Boston and Dallas. Senior team members have held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Royal Bank of Canada, Perella Weinberg, Deutsche Bank and Greenhill.

This is a full-time role for an experienced Investment Banking Analyst or Associate to join XMS’ growing team in London. XMS’ London team is focused primarily on global FinTech and Financial Services clients, in addition to select mandates in other verticals. Typical transactions include M&A buyside and sellside activities as well as capital raising in the public and private markets. The role involves active participation and contribution across a transaction lifecycle including preparation of materials, financial modeling, due diligence and client management to support complex domestic and international transactions. XMS’ London office works closely with colleagues in the United States, with strong transatlantic dealflow.
