Master Data Management (MDM) Transition Project Management Specialist 📍 UK | Hybrid | 3-Month Contract | Immediate Start Lead a critical business transformation We're looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist with Master Data Management (MDM) experience to lead a high-profile transition programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in bringing critical Master Data Management activities in-house while working with senior stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing Lead the transition of Master Data Management activities from an external managed service provider to an internal team.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines and key milestones.
Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and third-party suppliers.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Review, improve and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Produce clear process documentation and transition materials.
Support knowledge transfer, onboarding and training activities.
Track progress and provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders.
Help ensure operational readiness and a successful handover.
What we're looking for Proven experience delivering project or transition programmes.
Previous exposure to Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance or Data Quality .
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing third-party vendors or managed service providers.
Ability to create SOPs, process documentation and operating procedures.
Experience supporting training and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have Experience with operational transformation or insourcing programmes.
Knowledge of MDM platforms or ERP master data processes.
PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification.
