Key Responsibilities
- MDM Project Leadership & Governance
- Lead global MDM projects and strategic data initiatives across multiple business domains
- Ensure alignment with enterprise governance standards, operational objectives, and business priorities
- Coordinate with Data Owners, Domain Leads, SMEs, and operational stakeholders
- Drive project execution, adoption, and operational transition activities
- Data Governance & Operational Excellence
- Support enterprise-wide data governance and master data standardization initiatives
- Improve data quality, consistency, and operational controls across MDM processes
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and operational procedures
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation
- Drive process standardization and operational efficiency enhancements
- Support BAU operational stabilization during high-volume business periods
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve workflow effectiveness and governance maturity
- Documentation, Training & Enablement
- Develop and maintain SOPs, governance documentation, process maps, and operational guidelines
- Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions across MDM and operational teams
- Promote standardized methodologies and best practices across global operations
- Support capability development and process adoption initiatives
