We’re looking for an experienced Procurement / Category Manager to join Visa, supporting the Product & Benefits category, with a strong focus on card-embedded benefits across Europe. This is a high-impact interim role for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading category sourcing strategies for card-embedded and insurance-based benefits
- Acting as a strategic business partner to product and services stakeholders across Europe
- Managing RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, including contract negotiation and supplier selection
- Driving value creation, innovation, and efficiency within the procurement function
- Managing supplier relationships (SRM) and ensuring strong in-life contract performance
- Embedding risk, compliance, ESG, and governance principles across sourcing activities
- Producing insights, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership
- Supporting change initiatives and continuous improvement within a global matrix environment
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in procurement/category management
- 4+ years of hands-on experience procuring card-embedded benefits, insurance, or broker services within Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services
- Strong background in indirect procurement, ideally including HR or benefit-related services
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and complex sourcing projects
- Experience working in large, global, matrix organisations
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
