We are looking for a Data Engineer / Analyst with strong commercial awareness to join a high-performing analytics team supporting data-driven decision-making across payments, banking, and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, using data to evaluate performance, design campaigns, optimize processes, and support commercial growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating at pace in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced data mining, manipulation, and analysis using multiple data sources.
- Conduct data reconciliation and validation checks as standard practice to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and define key data points required to support robust analytical frameworks.
- Build and maintain business reporting and data visualizations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Deliver customer profiling and segmentation to support targeted commercial and marketing strategies.
- Perform conversion and funnel analysis to evaluate customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Support banking and payments analysis, with a focus on debit payment flows and current account performance.
- Contribute to profitability analysis and the development of business cases to support investment decisions.
- Design and evaluate marketing campaigns, including target audience definition, proposition design, test-and-learn frameworks, and measurement with statistical significance.
- Drive process optimization and automation, embedding efficiency and scalability into analytics workflows.
- Present insights confidently to senior stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear commercial narratives.

- Strong experience in data engineering and/or data analysis roles.
- Advanced capability in data mining, data manipulation, and validation.
