Due to growth, we are looking to build our Private Sector arm of the business (Corporate/Commercial Sector) by recruiting multiple experienced New Business Development Executive/ Managers/ Corporate Account Managers for our new Reading office.

The Role: As New Business Development Executive/ Manager your role is to help drive business within the corporate/ commercial end user space. Utilising a huge data platform and tool, you’ll source your own leads and pipeline, recruiting new business customers. You’ll then be responsible for managing and growing that account base. You’ll be selling a range of IT hardware, Services and Solutions to achieve a monthly financial gross profit target.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Proactive Sales: Driving new business through outreach, upselling, and vendor engagement.
  • Sales Operations: Providing quotes, processing orders and ensuring 95% quote-to-order conversion.
  • Reporting: Maintaining accurate CRM records and support BI-integrated reporting.
  • Achieving financial target: Based on gross profit each month/ quarter.
  • Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with procurement, technical, and sales teams.
  • Strategic Input: Stay informed on market trends and represent the company professionally at events.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for ambitious, driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships. You’ll have:

  • Experience in IT sales, preferably within a reseller, VAR, MSP or technology solutions provider.
  • A proven track record of winning new business across the SME and or Corporate end user market (Manufacturing, Automotive, Finance, Utilities, Charities, FMCG etc).
  • Proactive and highly self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • A consultative approach to solution selling.
  • The motivation to build a successful, long-term sales career.

Year 1 around a £100K-£150K GP target.
