XMA are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Internal Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing internal sales team. This role is suited to a self-sufficient, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment and has a strong focus on performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

You will manage and mentor Team Leaders and Internal Sales Account Managers, ensuring the team consistently delivers against revenue targets, margin expectations, and activity KPIs.
- Own KPI management across activity, conversion, and pipeline
- Conduct regular 1-to-1s focused on performance, development, and output
- Drive accurate weekly forecasting and opportunity management
- Analyse sales data and implement actions to increase conversion and customer value
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
- Recruit, develop and retain top internal sales talent
