XMA are looking for an experienced D365 Test, Release & Change Control Manager to oversee the Microsoft Dynamics 365 estate, covering both Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). The role will be responsible for release governance, testing coordination, change control, and project coordination across critical business systems, ensuring all system changes are properly tested, documented, and deployed smoothly with minimal business disruption. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in release management, testing, change governance, or project delivery within enterprise environments.

The Role:

  • Managing the end-to-end release lifecycle across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 estate, covering both Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).
  • Owning and managing the D365 release calendar and deployment schedules.
  • Coordinating testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, and smoke testing.
  • Supporting go/no-go decision making for releases and deployments.
  • Coordinating releases across multiple environments including Dev, Test, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production.
  • Managing defects, risks, dependencies, and post-release validation activities.
  • Coordinating project activity plans, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across D365 initiatives.
  • Managing and tracking project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers, implementation partners, and vendors to coordinate delivery activities and resolve issues.
  • Facilitating project governance meetings, stakeholder updates, and progress reporting.
  • Supporting resource planning and ensuring activities are aligned to agreed project objectives and deadlines.

  • Experience managing releases, testing, or change control within enterprise applications.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments (CE and/or F&SCM).
  • Strong understanding of release governance and testing lifecycles.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Experience managing defects, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
  • Comfortable working within Agile and/or ITIL environments.
  • Experience coordinating projects, workstreams, or technology delivery initiatives.
  • Strong project coordination, planning, and reporting skills.
