Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 p/a

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing and managing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Supporting sourcing activities and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Monitoring stock requirements and managing returns when required
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records and ensuring process compliance
  • Using Excel and internal systems to track orders, analyse data, and support decision-making
  • Building strong supplier relationships and helping drive operational efficiencies

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within procurement, purchasing, supply chain, stock control, logistics, or a similar operational environment
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good commercial awareness and plenty of common sense
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
