Salary: £25,000 p/a

We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused HP Frameworks Administrator to join the team in Livingston. Working as part of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing the administration around HP products and framework requirements, ensuring orders, requests and customer information are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll act as an important point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of queries and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing the administration of HP products across relevant customer frameworks and contracts.
  • Processing customer requests and ensuring information is entered accurately across internal systems.
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaising with internal teams, customers and HP to ensure requests are progressed smoothly.
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating systems and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Monitoring outstanding actions and following these through to resolution.
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration and customer service activities.
  • Ensuring processes and agreed service levels are followed.
  • Taking ownership of customer queries and escalating issues where required.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a great customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Good IT and systems skills, with the confidence to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to enter and maintain information accurately.
  • A professional and positive approach when dealing with customers.
  • The confidence to take ownership of queries and see them through to resolution.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
