XMA are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Internal Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing internal sales team. This role is suited to a self-sufficient, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment and has a strong focus on performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- You will manage and mentor Team Leaders and Internal Sales Account Managers, ensuring the team consistently delivers against revenue targets, margin expectations, and activity KPIs.
- Set, monitor and drive monthly revenue and margin targets.
- Own KPI management across activity, conversion, and pipeline.
- Conduct regular 1-to-1s focused on performance, development, and output.
- Drive accurate weekly forecasting and opportunity management.
- Analyse sales data and implement actions to increase conversion and customer value.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and internal stakeholders to maximise lead generation and campaign ROI.
- Recruit, develop and retain top internal sales talent.
