Inside Sales Representative – XMA

This is a revenue-focused role where you’ll have real ownership, real earning potential, and the opportunity to deepen your expertise in complex B2B sales environments. No field‑based travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Tier A client accounts through proactive engagement
- Handle inbound enquiries while driving outbound sales activity to existing customers
- Build, maintain, and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Register and manage deals with key technology vendors
- Produce and manage accurate quotes and order processing
- Maintain detailed CRM records and sales forecasting
- Collaborate closely with procurement, technical, and wider sales teams
- Build trusted relationships with key business decision‑makers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office‑based B2B sales, inside sales, or account management
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in sales conversations
- Experience managing existing client relationships and revenue accounts
- Ability to work towards targets in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
- A consultative approach and genuine interest in technology solutions
