Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Tier A client accounts through proactive engagement.
- Handle inbound enquiries while driving outbound sales activity to existing customers.
- Build, maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Register and manage deals with key technology vendors.
- Produce and manage accurate quotes and order processing.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, technical and wider sales teams.
- Build trusted relationships with key business decision‑makers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office‑based B2B sales, inside sales or account management.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in sales conversations.
- Experience managing existing client relationships and revenue accounts.

- Excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills.
- A consultative approach and genuine interest in technology solutions.
