About Us
At Pennard Vets, we’re not just about treating pets — we’re about creating experiences that make every client and every animal feel truly cared for. Inspired by the best in hospitality, our team focuses on compassion, warmth, and little touches that make a big difference. We’re looking for a Client Care Advisor (CCA) to join our front-of-house team at our Priorly Lodge Practice in Tonbridge. If you’re the kind of person who greets pets by name, notices the details others might miss, and loves making people feel at ease, this could be your perfect fit.
The Role
As a CCA, you are the first smile and the lasting impression for our clients – making every interaction welcoming, smooth, and memorable. You’ll:
- Greet clients warmly (two- and four-legged).
- Handle phones, emails, and web chats with friendliness and confidence.
- Book appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups with accuracy and care.
- Personalise visits – and show empathy in sometimes challenging circumstances.
- Manage payments with clarity and kindness.
- Keep records accurate and up to date.
- Work hand-in-hand with our vets and nurses to keep the day flowing.
- Spot opportunities to surprise and delight — small touches that turn routine visits into special experiences.
- Ensure reception is calm, welcoming, and pet-friendly at all times.
A people person who loves animals just as much. A clear communicator who makes things simple and warm. Organised and adaptable — you can juggle pets, clients, and paperwork with ease. Hospitality-minded — you anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and care about the details. Comfortable with tech (scheduling software, emails, apps). Someone who thrives in a team and stays calm under pressure.
What We Offer
- The chance to make every client visit feel 5-star.
- A team culture built on support, kindness, and continuous learning.
- Training to help you grow in both veterinary and hospitality skills.
- Staff discounts on pet care and products.
- A role where your personality and care make a visible impact every day.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
At Pennard Vets, we see hospitality as healthcare. You’ll be part of a team that celebrates individuality, values little details, and believes the client experience is just as important as clinical care. If you’re looking for more than a desk job — if you want to be the reason someone’s day is better — we’d love to meet you.
How to Apply
