The Company: St Boniface Veterinary Clinic is a friendly, independent practice located in Crediton, Mid Devon. The clinic operates with distinct farm and small animal/equine veterinary teams, each supported by dedicated administrative staff. This structure enables vets to concentrate fully on their specialised areas while remaining part of a diverse and collaborative practice. The farm team primarily works with progressive dairy farmers, complemented by a variety of beef and sheep clients to maintain a dynamic caseload. The Location: St Boniface Veterinary Clinic is based in Crediton, Mid Devon with a farm branch in Bude, North Cornwall. Serving a thriving farming community and within easy reach of the moors and coast.
What St Boniface Veterinary Clinic is looking for:
- Proven HR experience (Business Partner/Manager level)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Approachable, organised, and pragmatic
- Able to balance hands-on tasks with strategic HR insight
