Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Specialist located in Sheffield. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, delivering tailored sales pitches, and generating leads. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, understanding client needs to provide customised solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of customer service and collaborating with team members to share best practices and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address inquiries effectively.
- Proven Sales expertise, with the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals successfully.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide, mentor, and develop team members.
- Motivated, result‑driven attitude with the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
