We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components and systems according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience and a solid understanding of both mechanical systems and electrical wiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electromechanical products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Install and route wiring, cables, and harnesses; solder and connect electrical components as required.
- Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of assemblies to ensure proper operation.
- Identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues during the build process.
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to provide feedback on design improvements.
- Document work performed, materials used, and issues encountered.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate degree in electronics, mechanics, or a related field preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
