Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Based full time at our prestigious offices in Albert Road, Colne, the successful candidates’ duties will include but not be limited to:
- Responding to all car and van leasing enquiries in a prompt, accurate and friendly manner.
- Giving the highest level of service to new and existing customers and growing your own client database.
- Achieving your own personal target and helping towards your team’s performance.
- Talking to suppliers and finance companies.
- Actively building on product knowledge.
- Maintaining a level and work rate that meets the company’s expectations.
- Following all company and industry/regulatory procedures (full training given).
Candidate profile:
- Must have a hunger to chase and close new business from both existing and new customers.
- Previous experience in a sales role isn’t essential, but enthusiasm is.
- Ability to work on your own.
- Honest, trustworthy and a team player.
- Have an energetic and positive attitude towards work.
- You’ll have a strong desire to learn and develop, using creative thinking and be able to adapt to new ways of working.
- Organised and numerate with an eye for detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn.
- Punctual, with the attitude to go the extra mile if needed.
What we offer:
- Basic wage of £22,308.
- Opportunity to earn £100k OTE, although this isn’t capped and is limitless based on your own ability and hunger.

- Monday to Friday, 9.00 till 5.30, no weekends.
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
