Was Dich erwartet:
- Leitest Du Entwicklungsteams im Kontext Data Management und gestaltest skalierbare multi-tenant fähige AWS-Datenarchitekturen mit Fokus auf AWS DataZone und Lake Formation.
- Entwickelst Du Standards und Richtlinien fĂĽr Datenzugriff, -freigabe und -katalogisierung, in enger Abstimmung mit Data Ownern und Fachbereichen.
- Integrierst Du externe Tools, wie Collibra, in die AWS-Umgebung, um eine nahtlose Datenverwaltung und hohe Datenqualität sicherzustellen.
- Förderst Du die Dezentralisierung und Automatisierung von Datenmanagement-Aufgaben, indem Du Self-Service-Lösungen für Teams und Fachabteilungen ermöglichst.
- Bist Du verantwortlich fĂĽr die Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und das Ausrollen von Prinzipien und Richtlinien fĂĽr den Umgang mit Daten.
- KĂĽmmerst Du Dich um die Definition, fortlaufende Aktualisierung und das Durchsetzen von gruppenweiten (Prozess-) Standards und Richtlinien im Bereich des Datamanagements in enger Abstimmung mit Data Ownern, Fachbereichen und Management-Funktionen.
- Ăśbernimmst Du die Mitarbeit bzw. Steuerung des Datenmanagements aus dezentralen Projekten und sorgst fĂĽr die kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit dem zentralen Data Management Team.
- Modellierst Du Geschäfts- und Datenobjekte und überführst diese in den gruppenweiten Datenkatalog mittels AWS DataZone.
- Bist Du verantwortlich fĂĽr die Organisation, Vorbereitung und Moderation von Data Governance orientierten Gremien.

Was Du mitbringst:
- Fundiertes Verständnis von AWS Services im Data-Bereich, vor allem Glue, S3, RedShift, RDS Datenbanken (idealerweise auch AWS DataZone, LakeFormation).
- Allgemeine AWS Expertise (IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, KMS, EventBridge, StepFunctions, SecretsManager, ...).
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Entwicklungsteams und der Implementierung von Datendomänen und Datenprodukten.
- Verständnis der Prinzipien, Praktiken und Technologien des Datenmanagements.
- Kompetenz im Management und der Implementierung von Datenzugriffs- und Datenfreigabeprozessen.
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Standards und Regeln fĂĽr das Management des Datenkatalogs.
- Kenntnisse im Datenqualitäts- und Lebenszyklusmanagement und der Implementierung von Data Governance-KPIs.
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Business-Prozessen in komplexen Automobilunternehmen.
- Kompetenzen in der Integration von Drittanbieter-Tools (z.B. Collibra) in AWS-Architekturen.
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit bei unseren Kunden und die Fähigkeit, als zuverlässiger Wegweiser in Bereich Data Governance und Data Management zu agieren.
