Deine Aufgaben:
- Übernimmst Du die Leitung/Führung von Projekten im Bereich Cloud, AI oder Analytics und bist Ansprechpartner für den Product Owner und das Management beim Kunden.
- Verantwortest Du die Projektergebnisse und lieferst diese mit Deinem Team termingerecht, in passender Qualität und unter Einhaltung des Budgets ab.
- Kümmerst Du Dich um Projektmanagementprozesse, d.h. Team-Staffing, Planung, Steuerung, Controlling, Qualitätssicherung, Risikomanagement und Abrechnung.
- Bist Du offen für Account Management Tätigkeiten, leitest Akquisen und erweiterst unser Kundengeschäft.
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mind. 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung darunter 3 Jahre als Projektmanager*in mit der Verantwortung für Umsatz und Profitabilität für kleine bis mittelgroße Projekte.
- Du bist interessiert an modernen Technologien aus dem Bereich Cloud/AI/Analytics.
- Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit Kunden im Umfeld Automotive im deutschsprachigen Raum.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in den gängigen Projektmethoden wie PMI, Prince2, SCRUM, SAFe u.a. mit.
- Du verfügst über hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und zeichnest Dich durch ergebnisorientiertes Agieren aus.
- Durch Deine Kommunikationsstärke sowie durch Deinen Kundenfokus schaffst Du die perfekte Customer Experience.
- Für diese Stelle sind deutsche Sprachkenntnisse von (mind.) C1-Niveau sowie englische Sprachkenntnisse von (mind.) B2-Niveau zwingend erforderlich.
