Was Dich erwartet:

  • Unterstützt Du das Projektmanagement bei der Angebotserstellung, Detailplanung und Abwicklung von Projekten, Risiko- & Konfliktmanagement, Rechnungsstellung sowie Reporting.
  • Übernimmst Du Verantwortung gegenüber den Fachbereichen bei der Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Projektvorgaben.
  • Trackst Du den Projektfortschritt und wertest geeignete KPI aus.
  • Bereitest Du Präsentationen, Berichte, Meetings sowie Workshops vor und führst diese bei Bedarf durch.
  • Hältst Du stets den Gesamtüberblick über alle Projekte aufrecht.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du verfügst über einen relevanten Hochschulabschluss.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement gesammelt.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Projektmanagement Tools und der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Terminplänen.
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungs- oder Beratungsprojekten im SAP-, Cloud- oder Analytics-Umfeld.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit der Moderation von Projektmeetings.
  • Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denkvermögen, Präsentationsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, selbstständig und strukturiert in der Planung und Organisation.
  • Für diese Stelle sind deutsche Sprachkenntnisse von (mind.) C1-Niveau sowie englische Sprachkenntnisse von (mind.) B2-Niveau zwingend erforderlich.
