We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Internal Sales Support Account Manager to join our team at our head office in Eccles. In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of accounts, driving growth while providing essential sales support to the wider Sales Team, inclusive of customer site visits. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships, maximising account value, and contributing to overall business growth in a very fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of accounts of varying sizes, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services within existing accounts
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales materials, while ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders and related documentation
- Work closely with internal teams (production, design, operations) to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline within CRM systems
- Liaising with key suppliers and manufacturers
About You
- Proven experience in a sales support
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Results driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, problem-solving environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience within the print and promotional merchandise industry
- Proven experience managing a broad mix of customer accounts, ranging from small to large-scale clients
- Experience in managing a high volume of accounts.
